Amanda Schweitzer, 37, faces legal action after being arrested and charged over the incidents at North Middle School, Missouri.
Joplin School District where she worked is also being sued by angry parents.
The married mum-of-two was charged with child kidnapping, first-degree statutory rape and first-degree statutory sodomy in two counties last year in April.
She is alleged to have sent the boys suggestive tests and sexual messages on Instagram.
In both lawsuits, three students are alleged to have received unwanted advances from the teacher.

In one incident, Schweitzer is accused of nibbling a boy’s ear and running her hands through his hair.
She then allegedly messaged him on Instagram to ask if he enjoyed the encounter.
All three boys were under the age of 15 and were students at North Middle School.
The lawsuit against the school alleges the district “failed to take steps to prevent sexual assault and sexual harassment by its faculty”.
Parents of the victims are bringing the suit against Schweitzer and the school district having first filed it in November.
Criminal charges against her remain pending in courts in Jasper and Newton counties.
Matthew Wilson, a lawyer representing the school district, said the school had no knowledge of Schweitzer’s alleged conduct, speaking to local media.
He added the school immediately placed her on leave and contacted the police when a complaint was received.
Lawyers Mike Fleming and Ted Kapke, who are representing the parents, claim the school didn’t do enough to prevent her alleged actions.
Schweitzer is reported to have married for just 17 months before the alleged incident.
She worked as a reading teacher and was first charged last April.
