MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A previous center university band teacher has been billed with prison sexual conduct after it was found out he had been partaking in sexual actions with a 15-yr-old pupil.
According to the criticism, Howard Lake Waverly Winstead Substantial School Principal Jason Mix documented to law enforcement Sept. 11 that the victim admitted to kissing Andrew Rosevold, 30, and to carrying on a dialogue around Snapchat for several months. Mix mentioned the victim advised him the sexual exercise started at the university and was mutual.
Police received the victim’s phone with permission from her moms and dads and uncovered the victim had saved her discussions on Snapchat. Police decided the messages were flirtatious and sexual in character.
Authorities also found out messages from Rosevold that directed the victim to “say we under no circumstances did nearly anything inappropriate” and “only my trying to support you with university, mates, homework, etcetera.”
Police executed a look for warrant at Rosevold’s Elk River house on Sept. 18 the place they uncovered a USB drive in his bedroom that contains movies exhibiting human body elements of several other underage women. 4 of the movies showed Rosevold and the victim kissing, hugging and touching. They all appeared to have been taken at the Howard Lake university.
Superintendent Brad Sellner launched the next statement:
“The School District was manufactured informed that prison charges were submitted in opposition to Andrew Rosevold, who not too long ago resigned his placement as the School District’s Center School Band Teacher. We choose the safety and security of our college students pretty severely and are cooperating thoroughly with law enforcement in its investigation.”
Rosevold has been billed with four felony counts of prison sexual conduct and is at this time in custody in Wright County.
