Howard County Public Schools announced Wednesday that a substitute teacher who is charged with sexually abusing a Montgomery County student has worked at dozens more schools than originally thought.

Steven Katz was arrested last month and charged with inappropriately touching an 11-year-old boy at Cloverly Elementary School.

On Wednesday, Howard County school officials sent a message to parents with a full list of the schools where he has worked. He was employed for the school system from 2012 to 2015, then again from 2016 to 2018, and during that time, he worked at about 70 schools.

According to Howard County Public Schools, Katz has been a substitute teacher in the following schools:
